I have upgraded to RM4 but not to the RM4 UK Edition.

I find when I print any Narrative Report a number of the "primary" photo's I have of people named in the report are no longer printed when compared to the same Narrative Report printed on RM3.

Some of the "notes" I have on people named in the Narrative Report are no longer printed when compared to the same Narrative Report printed on RM3.

I also find some of the "Endnotes" I have on people named in the Narrative Report are no longer printed when compared to the “Sources” in the same Narrative Report printed on RM3.

Are members who use the RM4 UK Edition having similar problems when printing Narrative Reports, or does anyone have any suggestions as to what I am doing wrong when using RM4?

Just an update in case anyone is interested. I placed a ticket request with RM on the above problem and have been advised by RM, "The missing photos issue has been reported and is something that development is working on along with other issues so I don't know how long it will take to get corrected".

Given the POLL response, Narrative Reports do not appear to be of that much importance so we should not expect a fix anytime soon.

Just a note to say the latest upgrade from RM version 4.0.8.0 (26 March 2010) has fixed the problems I was having. Brilliant.
