I try to backup using the CD option the window shows rm3 and date but it backs up to the RM3 file in the Programs file. Am I missing something?

Make sure you are selecting the CD option rather than the floppy, usb stick...etc. option.

Also make sure you have the latest update (3.2.6).

If you still have problems then use your CD burning software to copy your backup files to CD.
