I would like to see the facility to add an image to a source citation. (This has been available on PAF for some time). Currently you have to add the image and the source separately to the fact, so when you copy the source citation you have to separately copy the image. For birth certificates, for example, you might hold it as a source against mother's maiden name, father's occupation etc. as well as against the birth, and it is nice to be able to get quickly to the image of the certificate.
Click on Source that you have entered then click 'EDIT'. You will now see a screen split between 'Master Source' and 'Source Details'. Along from Master Source and Source Details are two buttons each reading 'More'. Click the one opposite Source Details and then click 'Detail Media'. In this screen click 'add new media' and follow instructions to take you to the file in your computer that contains a copy of your Birth/Marriage/Death/Census form.
When you have completed this go back to citation manager screen and click the 'memorise' button.
When you want to add a source entry (complete with copy of certificate) to an individual all you need to do is highlight the fact, move over to the right and click the sources button and in the next screen click 'paste'. This automatically adds the source complete with certificate.
Sorry for being long winded but it is easier than I have made it sound
Best of luck

Thanks Ian I'll try that - it is well hidden though!
